No power anywhere but radio after cecm replacement

I upgraded to a high line cecm today, went to reconnect everything and realized I had accidentally disconnected the positive battery terminal instead of the negative. I reconnected the positive terminal and went to start the car and realized I had left the key in the on position. There is no power anywhere, but I can turn on the radio.

Did you try swapping in the old parts?

Not yet, was hoping there was something else I could check first. I didn't think the cecm would cause all power to be gone.
