TDI Service Action 23AK

I received a recall letter from VW America( 2019-12-10) , it aims to correct the initial software modification.
After contacting the dealer to schedule this software update and provided them the vehicle VIN , they said that nothing is pending on my vehicle - did anyone had receive the letter ?

We got the same letter for our 2014 Touareg TDI. I was thinking of calling the dealer to schedule it today. It is described as an "AEM Correction". With AEM meaning approved emission modification. It says that we get a loaner for a day and I need to schedule a trip to the dealer anyway to see if they can get the component protection removed from the ebay infotainment deck that I bought. I figure this is a good chance to get that done at the same time.
