Phaeton/touareg v10 tdi injectors are the largest that will fit your engine, you will need a rather large turbo to clean burn the fuel off ! Clutch stands no chance so it will need upgrading...

Yes. V10 injectors are big..
Arl injectors might be a better choice and also cheaper! they should be good for up to 170hp on the 3 cyl 1.2 tdi engine.
The turbo I linked is good for up to 130hp. So maybe I can go with even smaller injectors?

Sure. Clutch will be replaced. Already have a Sachs race clutch with reinforced pressure plate on order. Should be able to transmit around 30% more torque. So somewhere around 250nm should be ok!

Exhaust will be custom built from turbo back. Exhaust manifold will be stock. Hope it will work. Anyone knows?
