2.0 TDI PD Remap PPD 1.2 - need some informations

Hello,
today I was wondering about the maps from a original BMN Engine (2.0 TDI PD DPF 170hp)
My friend got his Seat Leon tuned and thinks it is only a light tune. The tuner put hands on the duration maps, quantity and turbo. But what about the IQ-Limiter map? Original it is limited to 70mg but also the Inj. Quantity maps have more than 70mg @ 400NM but I think the IQ limiter map still holds it on 70mg ..... am I correct?
the tuner puts the IQ from 70 to 75mg (2000-4000rpm) but the ECU holds it down to 70 cause of the IQ Limiter map?
at the bottom is the original file from the BMN engine where iq limiter is set to 70 but IQ maps sometimes already over 70mg
Other Questions:
- how much iq is supported by the original nozzles?
- I think the least part is the clutch? how much torque could handle the clutch? (car has run 170.000km )

what are the following maps in the BMN file? they contained raised values comparing the original file

why? it is a original bdm read
could open it with winols or ppd-maps

Do you have a 512KB Bin? I see a much bigger file.

It is a Siemens PPD 1.2 ECU and not for example an EDC15 ECU which uses 512kb
the Siemens PPD 1.2 uses 2mb !

Any updates on this IQ ? Is that really truth?

Many tuners i asked, said that around 220-240hp is max that can be gained from these injectors. So i do not need even bigger turbo then stock 1749vc?? Please share your experiences.

Hi duke,

Now i've got 81mg/str.
It provides over 230 HP. (75mg was 230)
Soon i'll measure the power with this new remap.

Then i will show the results.

I think a 2056 is a healthy upgrade for stock injectors.
1749 is a little weak for high end revs.

I pretty much think, that you dont need 2260 for stock injectors. I have 1.6 bar max boost. This produces 230hp+ safely without noticable smoke. And spools up really fast, around 2000 rev. I really love it.

I'm not an expert but i'm very interested in tuning and trying to learn. Please can you tell how much max boost you have in 2-3-4-5 gear?

Now with 1.6bar in 3rd gear i have much smoke.

I'll make a video for you. At full throttle max is 1.6 in all gears.

I'm dissapointed how people don't want share any information. While they were learning here and asked for help then everything was great, but when i ask for some info, then they won't tell.

I need to know how much duration and SOI i can use with this engine safely. Obviously 56* was too much. EGT's were not high. Head cracked.
