custom turbo setup need help for EX MANIFOLD

I have a turbo off a QSB 3.3L cummins I got from a tractor salvage yard and figured this would be a good turbo for a modified tdi. It will go on my 98 AHU jetta. It is the T25 mount and I'm wanting to have an exhaust manifold that is flipped 180 degrees compared to the stock exhaust manifold so the turbo is up in plain view for increased maintanence and serviceability. My question is what exhaust manifold will allow me to do this without the manifold itself to hit the stock intake manifold.

1.6TD manifold, AAZ manifold, should both work

What turbo is it? HX25, HX27 or a HY30? Pictures? Assy number?
