Fuel Economy: Is just one piece of the puzzle that is our bottomless appetite for oil. Cars donít have to be consumable. Instead of throwing them away, we can rebuild them, better. We have the technology.
Default Smyth Performance at TDIFest in Ypsilanti this Saturday!

Hi Guys!

I will be taking the G3F to TDIFest in Ypsilanti this weekend!

If any fans or future builders would like to crawl all over our test mule, come visit me this Saturday at the Fest!!

I hope to see many of you there (and talk your ears off about this car)!!!

-Mike Gallant

Can't do the 'fest.

They didn't make Carlisle this year, perhaps next year.

I'd love to see the car.

Does "crawl all over" also mean "rub your weiner on"?

I believe that the proper etiquette will be for me to provide towels to viewers.

Excellent, Bob! That's a big lump to throw into the subframe. When Eric and I installed the VR6 with 6-speed we needed to have one motor mount already on the engine and one off. If I remember correctly, it's the left motor mount that stays on. I wish I had a better memory and/or more time right now to find that piece of info for you!

Good luck and have a great weekend!

HAHAHA!!! The test mule probably won't be driven much during Fest since it's not registered/insured...

However... a few careful little jaunts around the parking lot are not entirely out of the question.
