P2196 bew TDI code

I just recently bought a 2004 Jetta TDI I scanned the computer and it had the p2196 code something about the engine running to rich. The car seems to run perfect any ideas on what could set off this code?

You need a better scan tool.

Yeah that might help, I dropped it off at my mechanic hopefully it's just an o2 sensor.
