Would love to get me the new LED headlights/trim that come w the newer model Golf's, GTI, etc... Any recommendations or an aftermarket vendor?

My only recommendation is to go OEM, buy used and be patient. Do lots of research. It isn't hard or very expensive if you scour the classifieds around, use ebay and junk yards... The chinese reps are awful and are a huge waste of money, ask me how I know

Personally, I like the Golf R LED's more.
If I had the spare money, I would go this route.

Do you mean actual LED headlights or HID headlights with LED DRLs? Big difference.

Why?
LED was kewl when they only came on $$$ Audis and BMW. But now a 17k Hyundai has them. Along with about half of the 1994s Civics with 20.00 eBay led strips or 125.00 eBay headlights.
That said I love my HID lights with the adaptive turn features.
