Talking Gone to Mt. Washington in the Summer or Early Fall???

One fun trip I made with my old 2000 Beetle TDi was to climb up to Mt. Washington. The road was a white knuckle small ribbon road, but it was fun getting up there with the Bug.

Did anyone else make the trip up there?

I know plenty of guys go up the Rockies with their cars, which often is higher than the 6000 foot summit of the mountain, but hey it is a treat for us flat land dwellers in the North East.

Not that bad try the climb to the clouds. But done the trip dozens of times and on Goldwing & a BMW. Diesels going up is GREAT you will understand the real meaning of torque.

Did the rockies too NICE driving.
