Hi,

My 2013 Passat almost has 60k Kms on it and is time to do the DSG transmission oil change. I'm still debating between the factory fill in method vs measure re-refill method. I currently don't have a VCDS tool yet but I may make the investment and buy one.

Anyone knows where in Canada I could purchase the ATF 16 DSG adapter from at an affordable price? I see quite a few sites selling it in the USA for $30-40 + taxes duties and exchange rate fees it makes it costly to ship over here. I also saw a CDN site selling it for $90cdn.

I would also be interested at buying the kit with pump if possible. Listed online $190 US. Wow

Thx

Or buy a factory drain plug, drill, tap, and install a barb and some tubing all for $10. That's what I did.

Did you mean an engine oil drain plug? Is it the same size as the DSG one?

no, factory drain plug for the dsg. drill, tap, install barb, and you have replicated the factory fill adapter.

I did this for a family member with an EOS.
