Hi all,
I'm looking at a 05 jetta wagon, and it blew a turbo. Does this usually destroy the cat?
It also was running b100, should I be prepared for fuel lines or a pump rebuild? Anything else I should be aware of, or particularly inspect?
Thanks!

depends how much oil was run through it. If you're looking to run biodiesel an older VE would probably be better, they run lower injection pressures which affects atomization, the injectors are also a lot cheaper and easier to replace if you wear them out with lower quality fuel.

Not looking to run Bio, but the car I'm looking at was already run on BD for 100K miles.

So I should expect injector damage? what about the fuel lines? pump?
