Ross Tech HEX NET update/code reading issue

Im having a little trouble updating a NEX NET, every time I go to update it says its done but when i check the update it says I still need that same update. my fault codes listed below all show "ROD - unknown fault code"


here is how my logs/codes are shown

Ross-Tech has their own forum and they're keeping all HEX-NET support there while it is still in beta testing. I would suggest posting your information and error messages in that forum. Look here: http://forums.ross-tech.com/forumdisplay.php?8-HEX-NET-Beta-Support

You will probably get answers quicker at their own site.

P.S. Have you tried both the VCDS-Mobile update function and the JAVA update app from Ross-Tech? It might be worth a try.
