Question window roll up / roll down on 02 jetta tdi or 00 beetle

hi,

I heard you can modify the vw jetta or vw beetle to allow the remote alarm to roll up and roll down the windows

there was some alientech page that is no longer active that did this. Is there a way to program the ccm or ecu to allow the remote to do this?

Short answer, no. Long answer, search.

While Alientech doesn't appear to be accepting new orders you could check eBay and here for units.

Everytime you post a picture with PhotoBucket, a TDI gets below 30MPG.

The guys in the Ontario area are lucky that one of its members are doing this for anyone who wants...

I have it done on mine... its completly reversable if you ever want for some reason.

I have a serial cable and a usb dual k vagcom. I was wondering if I could cut my serial cable and solder it to the vagcom obd2 connector? Does anyone have a diagram to do this? I do not know which obd2 wire goes to which pin on the serial cable

I thought there was a "flash" tool you could buy at one time that flashed this onto the ECU?
