well, after much deliberation, I've decided to sell this conversion. Built it 2 1/2 yrs ago, and been driving it all this time.

Truck details when I began the conversion
1994 V6 4x4 extra cab with 114K on it

Donor vehicle for conversion
2001 Beetle TDI 5speed car

What the truck has now:

2000 ALH TDI from Auto car with 158K miles on it (original Beetle motor dropped a valve, and damaged #3 piston)

ACME V6 Adapter and flywheel
11mm pump
TDTuning Stg 4
PP764s
VNT17/22
Custom wrapped Downpipe into Magnaflow 3 inch CAT, 3inch straight pipe exhaust
SouthBend Clutch - ConOFE
3.4 V6 Toyota starter
32x11.5x15 Falken AllTerrain tires on Toyota Aluminum wheels
Toyota SR5 gauge cluster, so has all gauges, including setup for CEL, and GlowPlug lights to VW ECM
4.30 axle gears
Newly rebuilt V6 3rd member with 4.10s and locker(not installed)
***Fully Emissions compliant, as all components are intact, and conversion was inspected for AZ-Maricopa County(pretty picky county in AZ)
Price: $9500

Still for sale, forgot I had this add here. Give me a serious offer and its yours. I had lowered the price to $8500, but anything close to $6500 and its gone.

Very interested. I have a 1995 Toyota Pickup and a 1999 TDI Beetle. This seems like the best of both worlds. I have the cash if it is still for sale.

Well so much for being first in line

how did you get him to answer you?

my guess is you offered him way more money than he was asking
