Seat cover replacement (OEM)

My driver’s seat both back and bottom are worn out. I’ve been quoted ~ $700 for each piece. I recognize that the heater lines run through the covers.

I expected a lot but not that much. Any insight or super secret sources I can tap into?

FYI - my seats are the solid (no holes) black leather. The more expensive than the normal seats that cost half as much to replace.
