Probably, but seasoned veterans I'd come to expect that they are all rotten lol. I bought a new one from the dealer for $503. I need the tail lights and hatch harness, I could be convinced to pick it up with enough parts interest.

You can see in the one side picture the rust on the bumper, so definitely around the handle or above it is rusting
