Injector switch time deviation

I am looking at my injector performance. Quantity deltas all look good, but am seeing a second parameter called injector switch time deviation. What is the deviation measured against? Does anyone know what this parameter is a measure of?

Are you seeing this in group 023 and the your seeing the deviation / differential between each injector for each cylinder.
