Hi;
Just installed Valeo (G60/VR6) clutch and flywheel from dieselgeek.com in my 05 jetta TDI. :confused: Easy install But now clutch ingages realy close top of travel will disengage with only about an inch of pedal movement. I am not experienced with fluid clutches, don't know if maybe I missed something or if the clutch is defective. If anyone has an idea your post will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, I have Valeo G60/VR6 clutch kit on my 01 Golf, and my clutch starts to disengage with about 2'' pressing clutch pedal in. I believe its normal, it means that you have no air in clutch pressure line.
