New Valeo (G60/VR6) Clutch problem 05 Jetta

Hi;
Just installed Valeo (G60/VR6) clutch and flywheel from dieselgeek.com in my 05 jetta TDI. Easy install But now clutch ingages realy close top of travel will disengage with only about an inch of pedal movement. I am not experienced with fluid clutches, don't know if maybe I missed something or if the clutch is defective. If anyone has an idea your post will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, I have Valeo G60/VR6 clutch kit on my 01 Golf, and my clutch starts to disengage with about 2'' pressing clutch pedal in. I believe its normal, it means that you have no air in clutch pressure line.

There should not be any in it am I right?
