VW touran

Hi from uk have a vw touran 1.9 tdi which goes into limp when hitting 60mph! turn car of and on turbo come back.Took it to garage had a recon turbo fitted new egr new maf sensor still same problem hits 60 - 70 mph limp mode again and emission control lamp comes on what else can be problem as its stil in garage any input be grateful.

also i would like to point out when i had the maf sensor out i was getting 90-100mph and limp mode and i changed it to a new (bosch) maf sensor twice thinking the first new part was faulty but no good as when installed 60mph limp mode ! dont know what it could be might be just trowing money away at this point not finding a solution
