The turbo will limit you much over 130hp. What injectors do you have? With .216's just bolting them in will yield almost 120hp.

Golf III:

If your primary interest is in raising fuel efficiency, you might want to re-post in the "Fuel Economy" threads.

In this thread people will reflexively give you feedback about power enhancement because, well...

Meanwhile, as these "Power Enhancement" threads are where those members who know something about aftermarket nozzles (I'm not one) hang out, can anyone here answer his question about nozzles as they affect fuel economy?

My Economy is better as long as I take it easy, no worse than standard in any situation.

i have a mk3 ahu lump fitted in my t4, is the injector swap simply that or do you need to remap aswell.

the ecu isn't the flash type so any map mods become an expensive option.

are you selling the 216 injectors or can you suggest a uk supplier

cheers

I have a VNT15 turbo for sale, which would take you closer to 150bhp. One of these guys could confirm if you can use it on your car :)

Mitch,

You just drop them in for an easy 120hpish. Remap will give you more but not nessasary.

I'm not sure wh has the Injectors in the UK, a few in the US have what is left from the factory.

There is a guy called Diesel Bob i think he is in Blackburn he mounted a set of nozzles for My T4 conversion his prices were fair and i was very pleased with the results. Ask one of the helpful guys on here for the part number for .216 nozzles DSLA P150.... can never remember the last bit. Once you get tuning it's hard to stop, mine still makes me laugh when i stamp on the throttle and i still have plenty more planned.
