This is an interesting link regarding VW dealerhip ratings across the country. Sorry if it's old news now, I'm new.
I had my 1st bad experience locally with Day Audi, during a routine 70K service....I looked them up on this link and found that they are rated 638 out of 670 vw dealers. Hope this is useful.
