Not sure how long it's been making this sound. I hear a faint high pitch noise only at idle. Is this normal?

Where is it coming from? If under the center of the car, then it is the stepper motors for the exhaust throttles.

If the engine compartment, I'm not certain - post a video so we can hear it, too

Me too. First noticed after the 10k mile service. Now after the 20k mile service, the noise is still there. All seems normal from what people are telling me.

At this point, I would be concerned if I did NOT hear any sound. That could mean something is not functioning.

Could it be turbo whistle? I've never noticed it on this car but when I swapped to a 4" cat-less exhaust on my Duramax, the turbo whistle was vary loud. In fact, when I started the truck when it was cold, it sounded like a jet engine spooling up.
