Fuses

Had a small issue come up today where I needed to check on a fuse. I found the fuse box under the hood and the one on the left side of the instrument panel, but I'll be damned if I could find a list for which fuse goes to what. I looked in the owners manual and also by each fuse panel, but no luck.

Anyone know where I can find a list of what each fuse goes to. I tried the search function, but no luck. Am I missing something or???

Which one blew a fuse?

Yes, the elusive fuse panel. Apparently, VW didn't feel any of us would need that information. Apparently, they are stored online by VIN's for VW dealers to look at.

The trunk on the Passat would not open with the key fob or the door switch. At first I thought it was a fuse and was going to check it. Turned out someone had accidentally hit the valet switch in the glove box......go figure!

pparks.....Where is Westland do you live? I grew up in Westland! Lived over off of Wayne Rd and Palmer Rd (on Melton St)

I live close to where you grew up, I'm off Cherry Hill and Merriman.
