Just a second ago I obliterated the head of the pressure relief valve on the fuel pump (see photo below). I was attacking it from above with a crowfoot wrench, and apparently it wasnt ready to come out.
My question now is: how can I go about getting the damn thing out, and will I be able to properly seat in on the way back in now? Could I buy a new one?
I've been interested in getting this off to try and solve a hard start problem. Its no long cold out, I just cleaned my intake, the fuel lines arent filled with air, but alas, if the car sits for a long while the first start always takes a bunch of cranking.
