Symptoms of failing wheel bearings?

Seem to be getting a lot of road noise, and it increases when I turn. I'm thinking wheel bearings. 109k on the odo. No idea how much to replace (I can likely do the work myself as I'm pretty mechanically inclined).

I just don't think it's the tires. Located near Sarasota, FL if anyone's around here and wants to take a listen.

There has been lots of post about failing wheel bearings, seems your at about the right mileage for them to go out on you. Do a search, I'm sure you will find your answer.

ran a search. Sounds like I need to price out a pair of front bearings, then get a bently manual so I can do this.

Hope they're not expensive.........lol.
