Want more power - complete newbie

Hi guys. I have a 2011 Jetta TDI Highline. Have a crappy Stage 3 ECU chip I’m not yet convinced did anything. I’d be happy with an additional 50-75 hp / lbs feet.
What’s the most sensible performance upgrade to do next? And what’s a really reputable brand that you’d recommend for the part?

Malone tune. Throw the chip thingy in the garbage. Then turbo and exhaust and tune upgrade.

Get a real tune first from Malone and drive it for a while, then do the hardware.

Do the tune AFTER the hardware !!!
