tdi starting problem

hi guy first time posting here, i have 2012 vw passat tdi engine turns over but it doesn't start i checked the any faulty codes with obdeleven and there nothing there i swap the battery and still doesn't do anything i check all the fuses they seem to be fine also the glow plug i tested them outside and all four works any help will be appreciated thanks

Sounds like a fuel pump issue. (Or your fuel tank is empty).

When was the fuel filter changed last?
