Do you have any more details on what turbos are used? What do the nameplates say? What is the displacement and HP rating of the engine they came off of?

Did you cut off the old log manifold and weld flanges on or did it come that way?

My guess is that they are run sequentially rather than in straight compound so you'll have to find a way to actuate the bypass actuator - maybe use the EGR map to flip the solenoid.

turbos are from bmw123d 205hp 400nm
I made a manifold specific for the turbos
yes i soldered flanges on the original collector was not easy because the exhaust manifold has 2 entries
the original intercooler is big but not big deal

R2S system with kp35 (small one) and K16 (big one)

kp35 has 1672 billet compressor and K16 has 2471 cast c-wheel

BW no. 1000-970-0006 complete

Which discs did you use and are those Touareg / Q7 calipers?

no calipers are from porsche cayenne discs from R32 330x30mm

Ahhh, those are the same calipers are the Touareg and Q7 in that case, 17Z I'm guessing? How much do the pads cover on the R32 discs?
