AGR WG to VNT

Hi all, new here and just got my first golf tdi, ill start with an apology as im sure this has been covered many times but i cant find a definitive answer.

I want to convert my car to VNT and i know i need the following parts:
turbo and manifold
downpipe
oil lines
pipe from afm to turbo
pipe from turbo to pancake pipe
110 n75 valve

Its the controller side im stuck with, is it possible to swap the AGR ECU to a AHL ECU and code in with VAG-COM?

What turbo are you going to use and what is the power your goal? To be honest, I do not really see the point of converting. I have a Holset HE200 wastegate turbo. Although this is large enough to 260 crank HP, it is very driveable and with a little better tune, we hope even earlier spool-up
