WTB MK4 TDI Manual Trans

Looking to buy a decent commuter car. Exterior need not be perfect but the interior should be clean and NON-Smoker. I'd like to see the usual maintenance done. Preferably between 125k and 175k miles. Between 3k and 5k dollars. I live in New York City and am willing to go up to 100 miles to see the car.
