Preliminary Approval Slide Presentation

I didn't see this posted yet or discussed, but there is some interesting info in the slide presentation that was used:

Slide 7 explains class members and shows vehicles purchased 9/18/2015 - 12/30/2018 are eligible for owners.
Slide 24 deals with totaled vehicles
Slide 27 deals with Eligible Seller Formula

I think this answers the questions regarding post 6/28 buyers.

Slide 6 first bullet point in that presentation leads me to believe no TDI's that are operable and have not been fixed can be resold. Unless they are scrap vehicles.

• No Car can be resold in US or removed from US unless and until Approved Emissions Modification applied (rendered inoperable) (branded title)

That pretty strange wording.

Slide 7 sounds like no salvage titles allowed, whereas in the preliminary settlement it was salvage titles purchased from a junkyard after Sept 2015.
Is this a change? Or are they just simplifying for the slide show?
