Is this really news (let alone BREAKING NEWS!!!)? Seems like a random dealer summarizing what we already heard from VW's meeting with dealerships.

You do realize they wont make the site live until; the hearing is over. Additionally if their proposal isn't accepted they wont turn on the website, they will need to adjust everything on the website to reflect the changes that the judge requires (if any).
