Default TDIParts won't be at the Fest

Sadly, we will not be officially attending this year. Family commitments prevent me from attending, and George is headed out of the country right after Labor Day. Corey probably will be there, but will not be bringing products.

We will run a series of specials over the next two weeks to celebrate the Fest, and we will be donating (at minimum) a timing belt kit and other goodies for the raffle or auction.

Sorry to miss this one. I hope you all have a great time.

Default Donations and Specials

No, we're not going to be there, but we're adding a number of specials to our site in honor of the fest. And we'll be donating A3 and B5.5 timing belt kits for the raffle, and a couple of secret items for the auction.

The specials will be up on the site Friday night. All I'll say right now is if you're looking for brakes or a timing belt kit (and a few other items like a BEW turbo upgrade) you may want to wait a couple of days.

Thumbs up Raffle & Auction

A turbo upgrade, eh?

That brings the raffle/auction total to over $6,000 (retail), in case any of you were wondering. Fantastic!

Remember folks, 100% of the proceeds from the auction and the raffle go to TDIclub (for bandwidth, upgrades, future events, etc.), so thank our awesome vendors for their generous donations! There are some really cool things available this year.

Don't get me wrong: I was referring to a TDIParts special on a turbo upgrade, not an auction contribution. But I do have a valuable item in mind for the auction, too.

What are you bringing with you? Can we order and pick-up at the show?

Never been to a TDI Fest so wondering how the vendors set-up for this.
Been to H20, and the vendors bring tons of stuff to sell.

Should a WTB thread for attendees be started, for the vendors to see?

Pete
