Could someone please answer. My position sensor attached near egr is in the closed position and car wont start. I have a 5 v at pin 1 but dont ghave an earth. Should this valve move when car is switched on it is the newer non vacuum type and has anyone got voltage readings for the pins i have tried the motor on bench and putting power to pin 1 and 2 moves valve as normal???
