Could someone take a couple of min. to look at their IDI engine?
My car is a 92 Passat TD, AAZ engine
On the top half of the air filter box is a thermostat switch with two vacuum lines. One goes to the vacuum pump, the other to the lower part of the air filter box.
The switch has two nipples; one is brass and the other plastic. Which goes where?
If someone could take a couple of minutes to look at their setup (just pull off a vacuum line to see), I’d greatly appreciate it. Neil
