Vag-Com aid to turn on features

Long time listener, first time caller... I am a proud owner of a '15 GSW and am looking to turn on some of the features, such as key-fob window up/down, that the factory felt the need to include but not turn on. Problem is that I don't own a Vag-Com. I am hoping that there might be a kind soul in the Jacksonville, FL area that could help me out. Many thanks ahead of time.

The VCDS locator map here on TDIClub doesn't appear to be working, but HERE'S the one from VWVortex. You might also try posting in the Southeast Regional Forum

You might also check out the OBDeleven tool. It should be able to activate the features you want.
