2010 or Newer Passat Wagons in US?

Hey everyone, I do a lot of driving around florida for work, and in the last few days I swear I have seen no less than 2 newer model Passat Wagons, not TDI's AFAIK. I was operating under the impression that these cars were not sold in the US since 2005. Are my eyes going bad?

***Nevermind, looks like I was thinking about the TDI version...would have snapped one up in a hurry if they had been TDI's like I am sure most of us JSW owners would have.

Not really. It because of the maintenance cost and other users prefer cheaper brands.
