At that point, I guess it doesn't really matter. That's a pretty sketchy way to rig up a vehicle, though.

The roof and everything is already caved in, looks like it went off the road and rolled once if not twice. Guessing the truck operator could only hook it like that to pull it up the hill. However...... Once it's on flat ground he should have dragged it up the ramp like a normal tow. I've never seen a tow truck like that before, that in Europe?

My understanding is that that's a common setup for European tow trucks, because they can lift a car out of a parallel parking space.
