There is a procedure in the FAQ for reducing the amount of EGR to minimum, so that your intake manifold won't eventually clog up. (Do this, it will save aggravation and expense later!) There is also a procedure in the FAQ for fine-tuning the fuel delivery in case you are experiencing the slow-down shudder problem, and the procedure for checking the injection timing is also in the newly updated FAQ.
There are a number of other little things that can be done ... changing the way the alarm system notifies you that it's armed, changing the way the door locks operate, etc.
