Cecm replacement problem

I'm in the middle of trying to install the OEM HID headlights including installing a used highline cecm. When I finished connecting everything and reconnecting battery, I have no power at all except for radio.

What could be the problem? Bad cecm?

I just realized that I had disconnected the positive battery cable by accident instead of the negative, and after I reconnected it, realized the key was in the on position in the ignition. What damage could this have done?
