FIS Cluster Swap Gone Wrong

Soooooo, I just attempted to swap my original cluster (a 2004 Jetta TDI) with a FIS cluster (1J5 920 946 C.) I have both VagTacho and VagCom, and everything seemed to go as expected. The stalk works and I was also able to change the display to Fahrenheit, etc. However, my engine won't turn over and I see the following LED's:



What I don't see is any Immobilizer warning. Thoughts?

Won't turn over at all? Normally if it's an immobilizer issue, the engine will turn on for about a second, then shut off with the immobilizer light flashing (if I recall it should flash prior to turning the engine, I don't remember for sure if it flashes after)
