Is .4 of a litre to much

I was'nt thinking and put a full 5lt of oil in my car. Any one in Brrie with a Pella so I can pull a little out. Or should I just leave it. Some peolpe say its O.k other think it a problem.

How far up the dipstick is it? If it's above the kink in the stick, then you probably want to get that last bit out. If it's below that kink, you might be able to leave it.

It's about a 1/8 of a inch above the kink

I think you'll be fine. I overfilled mine once and had no problems with it at all.
