injection pump problems

ive got an 02 tdi with kerma intake manifold/intercooler/tune. upgraded exaust and an 11mm injection pump. recently the cel and gp came on and car died. after about 10 min started up again then died after another 20 miles or so. ran through vcds and got p1562 control deviation and upper limit reached. iq sitting between 4.6-5.0. on the graph im at 40/130 (between blue and red lines) Timing:slightly retarded. any ideas?

Quantity Adjuster needs cleaning and adjustment. I would just adjust the QA arm first since it is easier than disassembly and cleaning.
