TDI in Tacoma?

Driving home last night I lost control of my TDI with the help of a Saturn cutting me off. Hit a post square on at 20mph and the engine has been shifted on it's block. Bascially the car was wrecked but I'm wondering if it's worthwhile taking the engine itself and putting into an older body Tacoma. Some houses were dislodged but I think the engine block itself is still in tack. Would anyone advise for or against this?

That was the best car I've ever had!
