For those able to go there thought you would like to know. only thing I don't understand is, why is the B20 pump across my house $4.04, #2 $3.89, but B100 there $3.43? Oh how I love fuel prices!

If I were you, I would buy a Passat-full of B100 at $3.43 and drive by the B20 pump smiling.

Maybe he found a cheap source of Jatropha/oil in India and is importing it. I would burn it if it was a well made product and it was here in Austin, Texas and diesel wasn't already down to $3.52. If, if, if...

I also talked to Raj Mosali and asked what base was used and I quote "It's 20% Soy and 80% Corn most of the time and sometimes UCO based, which is
primarily Soy."

Our local Bio producer has their b99 at a significant cost savings to the b20. They said it has to do with a tax loophole that in the b99. I guess it has less federal tax than lesser blends. There is a HUGE note on the invoice that we are not allowed to 'change the blend percentage' by adding d2 to the tank after they have put in b99.

Do they drain the tank dry before pumping in the B99?
There's no enforceable means of checking compliance, nor are there any penalties for failing to comply, with their "because I said so" note.

It IS illegal to buy subsidized B99 and to then attempt to 'double dip' by claiming a blender's credit on fuel that has already had the credit applied..
You can't buy B99 that has had the $0.99 credit applied, further blend it down to B80, and try to get $0.80 more.
For use? Do what you want. Cut it to B2, so what?
For resale? Sure! Just do NOT try to claim another federal credit on that fuel.
