Fuel pump leak

Hello All, my fuel injection pump is leaking, can it be fixed cheaply. There is an odd shaped bolt and some torx bolts holding the piece thats leaking together. What tool can be used to remove the odd shaped bolt.
Would like to add pic, but haven't figured that part out yet.

What kind of fuel are you using? Biodiesel? THis is starting to get interesting.....
