Picked this car up used and A/C does not blow hard. The fan runs on low and high, but barely any air comes out. It switches from feet, defrost and vent just fine, but just is not moving enough air to keep cool during the day. I changed cabin filter and this might have helped a little. Where do I need to start? I feel like a flap or something is blocking vents.

if you changed the cabin air filter, that should be the first thing to improve. If the fans dont feel like you are getting enough airflow/movement, then it could be the AC/Heat damper doors... not a pretty project. Have you looked also to see if the High pressure switch is working properly so your compressor is actually getting the cooling? there are tons of posts about the High Pressure valve/switch as well, and also on cooling fans and their interaction with AC.
