$500 Loyalty Card at a discount for someone local

As a TDI owner VW gave me a $500 VW loyalty card. I'm looking to connect with someone who has a purchase at the VW Dealer (Service, Parts, car, etc) who would be willing to let me use this card to pay part of their bill - I'll give a 10% discount just for letting me break this final tie to VW? That's $50 off if you use $500. I live in Carlsbad and work in Mira Mesa near Miramar.
