Any Recommended Shops in the LA Area for BSM Upgrade, '05 Passat TDI?

I'm having a hard time finding a shop in the LA area that has even heard of the procedure, let alone that has done them.

Any recommendations?

They started out doing the procedure according to the documentation supplied in Europe and marked it up for their needs. They then saw the procedure that Brian came up with and liked it. It seems that writing classes payoff...
With Filip and Mike I have had no drama with getting things done on time or the right way. They are both a couple of VW nuts from early aircooled types on up.

I'm guessing that $3000 or so for the job is a good starting point, absent any other issues?

The car had the TB/water pump replaced 40k ago, so a little early for that.
