Frostheater

Just installed a Frostheater a few nights ago. Man does this thing work good. I plug it into a timer so its on for about 3hrs before I leave for work. Granted its only been down to 30deg F in my garage, but its at full operating temp when I start it! I had a Frostheater on my 03 Jetta TDI and it didn't work nearly as well as this one.

You only need three hours when it is -40.

I got ours installed when the timing and BM/OP was changed.

Pretty shocked when at 0 (F) it was half way hot.

Use the oil pan heater and the tranny picks up some heat as well and it actually runs like a happy camper. Had a few starts at -10 F.

Best things since the car itself.

When I had my B5.5, it made winter wonderful. I plan on getting one for my new to me Golf.
